Small Group Positional Specific Training - Helmet and Shoulder Pads (Contact with Equipment ONLY)
Cost is $200.00 for the 10 Weeks
ALL FFU Football Spring Training sessions are suspended for 4 weeks during the Provincial ordered Lockdown. Resume date is May 1st.
To ensure participant safety we will limit the session sizes. ALL Health protocols will be followed, including Non-Contact Self-Assessment on Arrival and No Contact training.
Groups will be Under 14 years Old and Over 14 Years Old , up to 19 Years Old. Each Age Group will be split by Position Type, Lineman ( O and D Line) and Skill Position (Offensive and Defensive)
To get our players acclimatized for the tackle Season we will train with helmets and Shoulder pads. ( we will LOAN equipment to players). Players will need to supply Mouth Guards.
To enhance your training FFU offers Sport Specific Strength Training.
3 - 1 Hour Sessions Per week - $200.00 Per Month
2 - 1 Hour Sessions - $175.00 Per Month

Participant will need to scan the QR code at the entry way on their Mobile Device and anyone answering yes to any question will be asked leave. Masks should be work entering and exiting the facility by players and at all times by Coaches and Trainers.
As participants enter the training area hand sanitizer should be applied, unless wearing gloves, and when leaving the training site. All equipment used each session will be sanitized before next session starts. Door handles ad washroom will be wiped down regularly using disinfectant spray or wipes.
If the participant is feeling unwell please stay home, do not attend only to be be turned away, please consider your team mates and the coaches health. If you are under a self isolation by public health DO NOT Attend. If you have underlying health issues that would place you at higher risk if you come in contact with the virus Please do NOT attend. WE value your safety and the safety of the other Participants and Volunteers and want to ensure we all stay safe and healthy.
